located in Northwest Georgia in the town of Canton. Formed in 2005, our
company is the result of a vision to capitalize on the burgeoning real
estate market and offer that opportunity to others. Additionally, we
seek to maintain or improve the areas in which we invest.
Although we are based in Canton, Georgia, our sphere of influence
extends all over the state of Georgia. Our influence may also extend to
Alabama, Florida, and the Carolinas. We specialize in identifying
currently undervalued properties for the purpose of capital appreciation
and/or land development. Our growing network of investors, real estate
and land development professionals, allows us to maximize the potential
in these "diamond in the rough" properties. Our current focus of effort
is specifically in the purchase and sell of single-family homes via a
lease purchase exit strategy.

Mission Statement
Asset Development Company, LLC is a real estate investment and land
development company seeking undervalued real property for the purpose of
capital appreciation and/or future land development. Our company's
long-term strategic goal are centered on a commitment to "doing what's
right" in all aspects of daily operations and is multi-factorial in
approach.
- In order to expand our single-family housing portfolio, we will
leverage investor capital and integrate other creative financing
techniques to purchase undervalued property for the purpose of
capital appreciation through rentals and lease purchase exit
strategies.
